CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Buck's Towing Services which is requesting a Conditional Use Permit under Article 19 Section 192 Item 5 Salvage and Junk Yards to allow for a towing service and storage yard. Said property is located at 3540 East State Highway 16, Sharpsburg, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 83 of the First Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 0.461 acres and identified as Tract A with said plat of record in Plat Book 49, Page 20, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
