CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Kevin & Glenda McCarty which is requesting a Conditional Use Permit under Article 6 Exceptions and Modification Sec 67. Parking, Storage or use of certain vehicles and equipment. Said property is located at 133 Crossroads Estates Dr. Newnan, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 37 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 0.80 acres in the Crossroads Estates Subdivision Phase 1 Lot 9 with said plat of record in Plat Book 52, Page 42, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
