CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Gerald Tunison which is requesting a 6-foot reduction from Article 4 Section 47 10-foot Distance requirement between structures to allow for a pool storage building. Said property is located at 39 Hawthorne Pl, Sharpsburg, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 113 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, being Lot 68 of Persimmon Creek Estates North Subdivision Phase 1, said plat of record in Plat Book 84, Page 102-105, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
