NOTICE - Georgia, Ben Hill County Because of default in the payment of a loan made by Georgia Displays, Inc., to Wilson Wire Products, Inc. secured by a deed to secure debt dated November 1, 2007, and recorded December 28, 2007, in Deed Book 687, Page 137, Ben Hill County records, the undersigned, the owner and holder of said security deed, under the power of sale contained in said security deed for the purpose of paying said indebtedness, will on the first Tuesday in May, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, at the courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the lands described in said security deeds, to wit: A tract of land containing 7.107 acres in Land Lot No. 265 in the 4th Land District of Ben Hill County, Georgia, and particularly described as beginning at the intersection of the north line of a thirty-foot county road with the east right of way line of a county road and thence in a northerly and northwesterly direction along the right of way line of said second mentioned road to an established corner; thence north 26.15 feet to the right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company; thence south 62 degrees 45 minutes 39 seconds east 1466.86 feet along the south right of way line of said Railroad to the west right of way line of a public road; thence south 28 degrees 7 minutes 01 second west 56.13 feet to an established corner; thence north 79 degrees 13 minutes 29 seconds west 1230.33 feet to the point of beginning Said lands are shown on plat of survey of T.W. Ash dated June 6, 1979, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Plat Book 5, Page 232 (now Plat Slide 515). There is excepted from the above property 0.185 acres as described in release dated August 5, 1980, and recorded in Deed Book 162, Page 850, in said Clerk's office. The entity that has full authority to negotiate, amend and modify all terms of the mortgage with the debtor is: John R. Paulk, 117 West Pine Street, Fitzgerald, GA 31750 (229) 424-5413. Please understand that the secured creditors are not required by law to negotiate, amend or modify the terms of the mortgage instrument.
