NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by CHEQUETA L. CLINCH to GEORGIA COASTAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION dated March 14, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 3133, Pages 78-86 and re-recorded in Deed Book 3205, Pages 23-31, Glynn County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the amount of Sixty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Dollars and 00/100 ($62,910.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, designated and described according to the official maps and plan of said City as NEW TOWN LOT NUMBER 2534. LESS AND EXCEPT: The Eastern forty-eight (48) feet of New Town Lot Numbered 2534. Reference is hereby made to said City of Brunswick Plat for all further purposes of identification and location. Parcel 01-07193 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in said Security Deed and by law, including attorneys fees (notice of intent to collect attorneys fees having been given). Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
