NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT
Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered on February 17, 2016 against Defendant Robert E. Hughes and the other named Defendants (Civil Action Number 15-A-08143-6) and issued by the Honorable Ronnie K. Batchelor, the Sheriff of Gwinnett County will on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said Order:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 84, 5th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 5, Block A, Millridge Subdivision, Unit Two, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 174, Gwinnett County records, which Plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
Property Known As: 1252 DANIEL LANE, LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA 30046 (Tax Parcel: R5084 097)
Said property will be sold to satisfy the indebtedness referenced in the Order.
