CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Under power of sale contained in a security deed from Charles Dudley Stamps to Meriwether Bank & Trust, a division of Bank of Upson, n/k/a SouthCrest Bank, NA, dated January 7, 2011, recorded in Deed Book 3654, page 646, Clerk's Office, Coweta Superior Court, said security deed having been given to secure a Note, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Coweta County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, the property described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Land Lots 223 and 224 of the Second Land District of Coweta County, Georgia, and being all of the property in Land Lots 223 and 224 acquired by Mrs. Mildred M. Stamps by deed recorded in Deed Book 236, page 119, Coweta County records; and also with the further exception of a 1.173 acre tract on which is located a brick residence and being known as the old home place as shown on Plat of Survey recorded in Plat Book 17, page 219, Coweta County records; and also with the further exception of a 7.010 acre tract and a 0.92 acre tract as shown on Plat of Survey of property for Bobby S.
