CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN SECURITY DEED GEORGIA COWETA COUNTY Because of the default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a deed to secure debt executed by MARK W. VANDINE to Dr. James D. Salisbury, dated August 1, 1997, recorded in Deed Book 1159, Page 322, Coweta County, Georgia Superior Court Records, and pursuant to the powers contained in said deed to secure debt, the undersigned will sell at public outcry for cash between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia, the following described real property: All that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in Land Lot 41 of the 5 th Land District, city of Newnan, Coweta county, Georgia, being more particularly shown on a plat of property prepared for McMichael Realty and Insurance Agency, Inc., by John R Christopher, Registered Land Surveyor, dated 10­14­80, and appearing of record in Plat Book 28, Page 31, Office of the Clerk, Coweta Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description fo said Tract. Said tract is described according to said plat as follows: BEGIN at an iron pin found located on the southerly right of way of Bullsboro Drive, said iron pin found being 382.0 feet east of the point of intersection of the southerly right of way of Bullsboro Drive with the easterly right of way of Farmer Street, all as measured along the southerly right of way of Bullsboro Drive. From said beginning point run thence along the southerly right of way of Bullsboro Drive South 89 degrees 52 minutes 36 seconds East 65 feet to an aluminum pin set on said right of way; thence run South 02 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East 125.43 feet to an aluminum pin set; thence run South 89 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 65 feet to an iron pin found, then run North 02 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds West 126.70 feet to the point of beginning. The debt secured by said security deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possibleevents, default, non­payment, pursuant to the terms of said Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying said indebtedness, including all accrued interest and late charges thereon, together with attorney's fees and all expenses of said sale.
