NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, COLUMBIA COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from LALAYNIA R. VAN ALSTINE to REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, dated February 17, 2012, recorded March 6, 2012, in Deed Book 8216, Page 240, Columbia County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Two Hundred Two and 00/100 dollars ($291,20 2.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Columbia County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING LOCATED IN THE 126TH G.M.D. AND BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 1, MITCHELL PARK SECTION FOUR AT RIVERWOOD PLANTATION, ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PC-F, SLIDE 95 #1-3; REFERENCE BEING MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY. SAID PROPERTY IS CONVEYED SUBJECT TO AND WITH NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING MATTERS: A) DRAINAGE EASEMENTS, BUILDING SETBACK LINES, AND ALL OTHER MATTERS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF RECORD; B) GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENTS AND ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY GRANTS AND EASEMENTS.
