NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, Columbia COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Melissa E. Viller to Mortage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As nominee for First Bank of Georiga, dated 04/24/2014 and filed 05/07/2014, recorded in Deed Book 9356, Page 254, Columbia County, Georgia Records, Later assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Eighty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and no Cents ($88,369.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday April 5, 2016, the following described property: ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Columbia, being shown and designated as Lot 5, Block 1, Unit 2, Edgewood Subdivision, on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Deed Book 45, Page 291; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property.
