STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of COLUMBIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from DONALD PASTER and HENRIETTA F. PASTER to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST BANK MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF FIRST BANK OF GEORGIA dated October 12, 2005, filed for record October 31, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 5138, Page 107, COLUMBIA County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 8295, Page 187, COLUMBIA County, Georgia Records. DATED FEBRUARY 18, 2005 WHICH IS RECORDED IN THE AFORESAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 7415, PAGES 103-122. MAP AND PARCEL NUMBER: 062 991 To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is DONALD PASTER and HENRIETTA F. PASTER or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 1147 INDIAN SPRINGS TRAIL, GROVETOWN, GA 30813. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
