VITKOVITSKY to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NEW SOUTH FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK dated MAY 27, 2009, and recorded on MAY 28, 2009, in DEED BOOK 1589, PAGE 318, of the LIBERTY County, Georgia Records; as last assigned to DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, by Assignment dated SEPTEMBER 22, 2015, and recorded on OCTOBER 19, 2015 , recorded at DEED BOOK 1881, PAGE 349, aforesaid records; conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR Dollars and 00/100 ($140,864.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of LIBERTY County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in APRIL 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1458 G. M. District of Liberty County, Georgia and being in the City of Hinesville, being known and designated as Lot No. 18, Block F, Courtland Subdivision, Phase I, Section 2, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1436, dated August 16, 1984, and being recorded in Plat Section J-25, page 2, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, said plat by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said lot of land being bounded, now or formerly, as follows: Northeasterly by the right of way of North Brickyard Road; Southeasterly by the right of way of East Oxford Lane; Southwesterly by Lot No. 17; and Northwesterly by Lot No. 19, all as shown on the above referred to plat of survey. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments as required by said Note and Security Deed.
