gpn14 BC Foreclosures STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BRYAN NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from MISTY DELANE BUTLER, also known as MISTY BUTLER HARVEY, dated July 2, 2008, recorded in Deed Book 811, Page 118, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of TWENTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND 13/100 DOLLARS ($20,713.13) with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on April 5, 2016, the following described property: All those certain lots, tracts or parcels of property situate, lying and being in the 19th G.M. District of Bryan County, Georgia, containing a total of 5.13 acres, and being more particularly set forth as Lot #2, Lot #3, and Lot #4, and a proposed road sixty (60) feet right of way on that certain plat prepared by Abraham D Eason, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 3127, dated May 29, 2008, and recorded on June 13, 2008, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 604, Page 1A. Said plat is herein incorporated by specific reference for descriptive and all other legal purposes. Said property is known as 0 Highway 67, Pembroke, GA 31321, and is identified as Parcels Numbered 007-015-02, 007-015-03, and 007-015-014, by the current system of mapping and numbering used by the Bryan County Board of Tax Assessors. The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of the default under the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due.
