gpn14 BC Foreclosures BRYAN COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from LATOYA BACON to BACONTOWN PROPERTIES, LLC, dated January 7, 2015, recorded in Deed Book 1161, Page 55, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Promissory Note dated January 7, 2015, in the original principal amount of SIXTY SIX THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($66,000.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on April 5, 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 19th G. M. District of Bryan County, Georgia, being in the City of Pembroke, containing 0.50 acre and being more particularly set forth as Lot 1B on that certain plat of survey prepared by Timothy W. Eason, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2508, dated April 7, 2006, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 567, Page 5B. Said plat is hereby incorporated by specific reference for descriptive and all other legal purposes. Said property is bounded now or formerly as follows: on the northwest by Lot 1A shown on said survey plat; on the northeast by lands of Delphine Williams and W. E. Smith Estate; on the southeast by lands of the Garrison estate; and on the southwest by lands of Denise Jackson. Subject to all valid reservations, restrictions, easements, and rights of way of record; together with all improvements located thereon, including the manufactured home which is affixed to the Property by virtue of that certain Certificate of Permanent Location recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, in Deed Book 944, Page 397. The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of the default under the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and Note, including but not limited to the nonpayment of the indebtedness as and when due. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt and Note.
