gpn14 BC Foreclosures BRYAN COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from TIMOTHY BEASLEY and HEATHER BEASLEY to PRICE ARDEN HOLDINGS, LLC, dated February 19, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 1087, Page 882, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Promissory Note dated February 19, 2013, in the original principal amount of SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 00/100S ($72,500.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on April 5, 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1380th G. M. District of Bryan County, Georgia, containing 0.70 acre and being known and designated as Lot No. 22A as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Marlin Nevil, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 27, 2012, and recorded in Plat Book 637, Page 10A, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia. Said plat, insofar as it refers to Lot 22A conveyed herein, by specific reference is made a part hereof for descriptive and all other purposes. Said tract or parcel of land is bounded, now or formerly, as follows: On the North by lands of Judy Price; On the East by Wren Lane; On the South by a 30' Road as shown on said plat; and on the West by lands of Joseph Alan Denmark and M. Jeannie Denmark. Subject to all valid reservations, restrictions, easements, and rights of way of record; together with all improvements located thereon.
