NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Deed to Secure Debt from VERONICA LEE SMALLEY n/k/a VERONICA DENISE SATERFIELD hereinafter Grantor(s), to HEALTH CENTER CREDIT UNION, dated October 22, 2001, recorded in Deed Book 754, Pages 2315-2319, Richmond County Records; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a Note and Security Agreement in the principal amount of $41,000.00; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT tract, lot or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richmond, State of Georgia, and being known and designated as Lot Nineteen (19), Block B, Deerwood Forest Subdivision, as shown on a plat of said subdivision recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 39-N, Pages 523-528, and also recorded in Realty Reel 1, pages 758-765, reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, nonpayment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees.
