NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Hughie Williams and Ursula Williams to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Georgia Bank & Trust Company of Augusta dated 07/15/2010 and filed 07/20/2010, recorded in Deed Book 1267, Page 1319, Richmond County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thousand Six Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($100,600.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday April 5, 2016, the following described property: ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 1, Block B, Peachtree Heights Subdivision, as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 22T, Page 60; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is conveyed subject to and with notice of the following matters: a) drainage easements, building setback lines, and all other matters shown on the plat of record; b) general utility easements and road right-of-way grants and easements. Said property is hereby conveyed subject to any and all other easements and restrictions of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office.
