GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale referenced in the Deed to Secure Debt from YONG HO HAN to FIRST INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, dated August 1, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 01070, Page 0649, Richmond County Records (the "Security Deed"), given to secure a Promissory Note dated August 1, 2006, from YONG HO HAN to FIRST INTERCONTINENTAL BANK of an indebtedness in the original principal amount of SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100THS DOLLARS ($620,000.00) (the "Note"), with interest from said date as provided therein on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Richmond County, Georgia, within the hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2015, the following described property (the "Real Property"): All that tract or parcel of land lying and being located in the 119th G.M.D. of Richmond County, Georgia, and being more fully described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. The debt secured by the Deed to Secure Debt first set out above has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the above-referenced indebtedness. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees. The Real Property will be sold as the property of YONG HO HAN, subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, any assessments and any liens superior to the Deed to Secure Debt first set out above; to the best knowledge and belief of the undersigned, YONG HO HAN is in possession of the Real Property.
