STATE OF GEORGIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER COUNTY OF RICHMOND Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness evidenced by a Promissory Note September 1, 2004 in the original principal amount of $39,000 which is secured by a Security Deed dated September 1, 2004, executed by Angela Bailey in favor of G. EDDIE FAIRLCLOTH and DARLYNN G. FAIRCLOTH and recorded in Book 949, page 703, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, the undersigned, pursuant to said deed and the note thereby secured, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed, on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, to wit: April 5, 2016, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door in Richmond County, Georgia, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said deed and in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, right-of-way, easements, protective covenants or restrictions, liens and other superior matters of record, which may affect said property. Notice has been given of intent to collect attorney's fees in accordance with the terms of the note secured by said deed. To the best of my knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is Angela Bailey. Said property is known as 4990 Old Waynesboro Road, Hephzibah, Georgia 30815 Said property will be sold as the property of Angela Bailey and the proceeds of said sale will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness and the expenses of sale as provided in said deed, and the undersigned will execute a deed to the purchaser as provided in the aforementioned security deed.
