Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by ROBERT L. BARNES, JR. to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ('MERS"), AS NOMINEE FOR AUGUSTA MORTGAGE CO., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS , dated 12/08/2014, and Recorded on 12/11/2014 as Book No. 01465 and Page No. 1303, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $117,370.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the RICHMOND County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 9, BLOCK E, SAND RIDGE SUBDIVISION, SECTION II A, ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN REALTY REEL 228, PAGES 2088 2099; REFERENCE BEING MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
