NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Jacob Williams, Thaddeus A. Harris, Richmond County Tax Commissioner, The Tompkins Company, Fleet Finance Center Inc. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 36, Block 35, and fronting 50 feet on the west side of Sixth Avenue also known as Charleston Street and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 125 feet as shown on a plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 25M at page 349; reference is made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. This deed is given subject to all easements and restrictions of record, if any. Tax Map and Parcel Number: 072-2-563-00-0. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of April, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2014, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01459, at page 0492. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 25th day of April, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
