NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, Richmond COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by 365Muzic Group & Investments, LLC, a GA Limited Liability Co. and Jeremy Sloan, Guarantor to LendingHome Funding Corporation dated 05/29/15, recorded in Deed Book 1494, Page 704, Richmond, County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $71,200.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on April 5, 2016, , the following described property and interests and estates in property, land, easement, rights, improvements, personal property, fixtures, equipment and appurtenances (the "Property"): All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereto, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 2, Block A, Section 1-B, Butler Manor Subdivision of the 113th District as shown on a plat thereof, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 38-Z, Page 9-14.
