NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION To Nelson Rucker, Current Occupant, CFNA Receivables (GA), Inc., s/b/m Citifinancial Services, Inc., s/b/m Citifinancial Services, Inc. 311, LLC, s/b/m Associates Financial Services, Inc., and any other Unknown Claimants that may claim an interest in the below described property: Please take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot of land located in the City of Hartwell, 1112th District, G.M., Hart County, Georgia, containing thirty-two one-hundredths (0.32) of an acre, more or less, and being bounded on the south by the Gilliard Property; on the west by the Swilling Property; and on the east by Hill Street and being more particularly described as to courses and distances in the following manner: Beginning at an iron pin located on the west side of Hill Street at the point where this property and the Gilliard Property corner on the west side of Hill Street and running thence north eighty-one (81) degrees fifty-three (53) minutes zero (00) seconds west one hundred thirty (130.00) feet to an iron pin; thence north two (02) degrees forty-four (44) minutes zero (00) seconds east eighty (80.0) feet to an iron pin; thence south eighty-one (81) degrees fifty-three (53) minutes zero (00) seconds east thirty (30.0) feet to an iron pin; thence north two (02) degrees forty-four (44) minutes zero (00) seconds east fifty (50.0) feet to an iron pin; thence south eighty-one (81) degrees fifty-three (53) minutes zero (00) seconds east one hundred (100.0) feet to an iron pin located on the west side of Hill Street; thence along the west side of Hill Street, south two (02) degrees forty-four (44) minutes zero (00) minutes west one hundred thirty (130.00) feet to an iron pin the beginning corner. This lot of land is also shown on a plat made by Clelland A. Tyson, Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 21, 1973, of record in Plat Book 21, page 249, Clerk's Office, Hart County, Georgia, and is by reference incorporated herein in aid of this description. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of April, 2016.
