NOTICE March 9, 2016 Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property to wit: 437 New Sterling Road, Brunswick, Georgia 31525, a/k/a as: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, consisting of 0.93 acres, more or less, being located on New Sterling Road, known as 437 New Sterling Road, Brunswick, Georgia 31525, map number 0092-10 000-076 and being a portion of the property described in Deed Book 13-F, Page 184, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Parcel No. 03-05173 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 12th day of April, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 7, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3363, Page 445.
