STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of GWINNETT NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from SON VAN DUONG and VAN THI NGUYEN to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. D/B/A SUN AMERICA MORTGAGE dated March 18, 2004, filed for record March 22, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 37504, Page 241, GWINNETT County, Georgia Records, and as re-recorded in the Deed Book 38483, Page 184, GWINNETT County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to WELLS FARGO BANK, NA by assignment recorded in Deed Book 51381, Page 215, GWINNETT County, Georgia Records.
