NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GWINNETT Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated December 12, 2008, from Stephanie Clough to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Pine State Mortgage Corporation, recorded on December 22, 2008 in Deed Book 49208 at Page 788, as modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 52251, Page 59, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing.
