Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Bruce Y. Hilliard also known as Bruce Yarnell Hilliard to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns dated 05/16/14, recorded in Deed Book 4094, Page 517, Coweta, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 4325, Page 582, Coweta County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $265,500.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Coweta County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on April 5, 2016, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 46 of the 2nd district, Coweta County, Georgia, being Lot 6, of The Midlands at Old Corinth Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 85, Pages 33-35, Coweta County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
