NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT
TO REDEEM

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 167 of the Second Land District of Rabun County, Georgia, being designated as Lot 163, Part 2 of Ridgepole Area, Sky Valley Subdivision, as shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by William F. Rolader, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2042, dated February 21, 2006, w hich is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Rabun Superior Court in Plat Book 56, Page 200. Reference is had and made to said plat and record of the same for a full and complete description of the property herein described.
Grantee herein accepts title subject to Declaration of Restrictions dated August 20, 1979, and recorded in Deed Book F-7, Page 289, which restrictions are incorporated herein by reference.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 29th day of April, 2016.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice related is dated the 7th day of October 2014, and is recorded in the office of the clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in Deed Book J-41, at Pages 146-147.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 29th day of April, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
