TAKE NOTICE THAT ED M. & VIRGINIA BURKE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
All that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in Land Lot Number One Hundred Twenty-nine (129), in the Fourteenth District and Fourth Section of Chattooga County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake corner on the Westerly side of the Red Hill Circle Public Road which is 999 feet Northeasterly, measured along said Westerly side of said road from its intersection with the original lot line forming the South boundary of said land lot, which beginning corner is the Southeast corner of that tract, now or formerly, owned by the said Ed M. and Virginia M. Burke; thence North 45 degrees West 344.3 feet to a stake corner, being the Southwest corner of said tract, now or formerly, owned by said Burkes, on the East side of an unnamed road; thence along the East side of said unnamed road South 27 degrees 30 minutes West 210 feet and South 49 degrees 03 minutes West 203 feet to the Northwest corner of the Gladys N. Campbell property; thence South 45 degrees East along the Northerly line of said Campbell property 329-7/10 feet to the Northeast corner of said Campbell property on the Westerly side of said Red Hill Circle Road; thence along said Westerly side of said road North 47 degrees 42 minutes East 200 feet and North 30 degrees 30 minutes East 206 feet to the point of beginning; containing three (3) acres, more or less.
As described in Deed Book 179, Page 736. Further described as Map & Parcel 4194.
THEIR RIGHT TO REDEMPTION WILL EXPIRE AND BE FOREVER FORECLOSED AND BARRED ON AND AFTER THE 25TH DAY OF
MARCH, 2016. THE TAX DEED TO WHICH THIS NOTICE RELATES IS DATED NOVEMBER 4, 2014 AND IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF CHATTOOGA COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN DEED BOOK 634, PAGE 595-596.
THE PROPERTY MAY BE REDEEMED AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE 25TH DAY OF MARCH, 2016, BY PAYMENT OF THE REDEMPTION PRICE AS FIXED AND PROVIDED BY LAW TO THE UNDERSIGNED AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 9933 COMMERCE STREET, SUMMERVILLE, GA 30747.
