TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 77, of the Second Land District of Rabun County, Georgia, decscribed as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin corner being the Northwest corner of this land; thence S 11 30E 77 feet to an iron pin near a 4" Dogwood; thence S 78E 63 feet to an iron pin, thence S71 30E 95 feet to an iron pin; thence N 46 30E 153 feet to an iron pin near a large stone; thence N 79 30W 34 feet, N 78 W 25 feet, to a rock bank of branch; thence N85 30W 79 feet, S 89W 139 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.51 acres more or less.
Said land is described by a plat of same made by J.G. Nixon, RLS No. 312, dated May 6, 1974, the same being incorporated herein.
There is conveyed herewith a right to use the present driveway, which use is in common with such others who may use the same right.
There is also conveyed herewith the right to use water from the spring designated on said plat
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 22nd day of March, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of October, 2013, and is recorded in the office of the clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in Deed Book J40, at Pages 557-558, and dated October 1, 2013 recorded in the office of the Clerk of Rabun Superior Court in Deed Book P-42, page 58-59.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of February, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
