Edwards to Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, recorded on April 13, 1999 in Deed Book 908 at Page 0589, Liberty County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company f/k/a Bankers Trust Company Of California, National Association. As Trustee For The Holders Of The Vendee Mortgage Trust 1999-3 by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated April 12, 1999, in the amount of $77,510.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Liberty County, Georgia, on March 1, 2016, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 1458TH G.M.
