Notice of
Foreclosure of Right of
Redemption
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
DESCRIPTION ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT A
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of April, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated August 7, 2012, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 63M, pages 128. The property was subsequently conveyed under Quit-Claim Deed dated January 20, 2016 and recorded in the public records of Jackson County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of April, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: P. O. Box 247, Carnesville, GA 30521.

All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 255th District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, in the City of Commerce, being Lot 120, Phase I of Northwood Subdivision, as being more clearly shown and delineated in Plat Book 66, Pages 189-191, Jackson County, Georgia records. Said plat and the description contained therein are hereby incorporated by reference.
Being the same property conveyed to Stephen C. Schultheis by Tax Sale Deed, dated August 7, 2012, and recorded in Deed Book 63M, Page 128, Jackson County, Georgia records.
