Notice of Foreclosure of Right to Redeem Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Hoschton, Georgia, in GMD 1407, Jackson County, Georgia, and being Lot 2, as more particularly shown on a subdivision plat for Larry Richard Crist, prepared by Owen Patton, Registered Land Surveyor, which plat being dated October 29, 1985, and recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 16 of the Jackson County, Georgia Records, which Plat is incorporated herein by reference for a more particular and complete description of said lot. As described in Deed Book 41S, Page 711. This property is further identified as Tax Map and Parcel Number 120 003H and as 301 West Jefferson St., Hoschton, GA 30548, according to the present system of numbering properties in Jackson County, Georgia. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th day of March, 2016. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of March, 2013, and is recorded in Deed Book 65G, Page 430-431, of the Jackson County, Georgia Deed Records.
