Notice of Foreclosure of Right to Redeem TO: Occupant/Resident of 286 Pine St, Commerce, GA; Mary Hawks Bonds; OneMain Financial, Inc., as successor in interest to Citifinancial Services, Inc.; All persons having of record in Jackson County any right, title, interest in, or lien upon 286 Pine St, Commerce, GA; All creditors of any of the foregoing; and ALL THE WORLD. TAKE NOTICE THAT: Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, previously owned by tax fi. fa. defendant Mary Hawks Bonds and all heirs known and unknown, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 255th District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia and being that 0.172 acres, more or less, more particularly shown on a Plat and Survey for Mary Bonds, dated May 16, 1973, by Ben McLeroy & Assoc., recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 149, Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia. Said Plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference for a more detailed description. Said property is bounded on the North by a 16' alley, on the South by the lands of Sam Chaney, on the West by the lands of Margaret Pittman and on the East by the lands of Maddox. This is the same property described in a Warranty Deed from Charlie Gillespie to Earnest Bonds, dated October 16, 1961 and recorded in Deed Book 4-J, Page 450, Jackson County Records. Said property carries with it an easement for ingress and egress executed by Sam Chaney to Mary Bonds, et al, dated December 10, 1981. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred at 3:30 p.m. on or after March 4, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated August 5, 2014 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia in Deed Book 69C, Page 792. The property may be redeemed on or before 3:30 p.m. on March 4, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Irie Investments Employee Profit Sharing Plan 401K, c/o The McKillip Law Firm, LLC, 1022 Twelve Oaks Place, Suite 102, Watkinsville, GA 30677, 706-546-6279.
