Stembridge (“Grantorâ€) to Bank of North Georgia, a division of Synovus Bank, successor in interest to Citizens Bank and Trust of West Georgia (“Granteeâ€) dated May 27, 2004, filed and recorded June 14, 2004 in Deed Book 742, Page 61, Haralson County, Georgia Records (the “Security Deedâ€), conveying the after-described property to secure that certain Simple Interest Note and Security Agreement dated October 4, 2011, from Grantor payable to Grantee in the original principal amount of Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Three and 44/100 Dollars ($38,593.44), with interest thereon as set forth therein (as renewed and amended, the “Noteâ€), there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Haralson County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2016fillin "" \d "", the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 196 in the 7th District an 5th Section of Haralson County, City of Bremen, Georgia, and described as being City Lots 2 and 3 as per plat of property of Mrs. Beuna B. Williamson made by Loyd Plews, C.E., dated April 14, 1941, and recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 13, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia. This property is bounded as follows: by the railroad and highway on the West, on the North by Lot 4 on said plat, on the East by Lots 47 and 48 on said plat, and the South by Lot 1 on said plat, which said plat is incorporated herein by reference. The sale will be conducted as set forth herein subject to (1) confirmation prior to the sale that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) final confirmation and audit prior to the sale of the status of the loan with the holder of the Security Deed. Grantee reserves the right to sell the property in one parcel or as an entirety, or in such parcels as Grantee may elect, as permitted in the Security Deed. The following information is being provided in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 44-14-162.2.
