NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 39, of the 7th District, of Gwinnett County, Georgia, and being Lot 40, Block B, of Heritage Park Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 108, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, said plat being incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after June 1, 2015.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated April 1, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Gwinnett County, Georgia at Deed Book 52893, Page 869.
The property may be redeemed at any time before June 1, 2015 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
