NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT Pursuant to the Final Order of the Gwinnett County Superior Court entered against any tenant, owner, occupant, Peter A. Kahn, BNY Mellon, National Association fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-A, dated January 5, 2016, Civil Action Number 15-A-08597-8 and issued by Judge R. Timothy Hamil, Spyke Ten, LLC, will on the first Tuesday of March, 2016 during the legal hours of sale, at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said order: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 185 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 76, BLOCK A, UNIT 3 OF CHANDLER WOODS SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 45-46, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
