NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Under power of sale contained in a security deed from Dina M. Spivey to Ameris Bank dated July 9, 2008, recorded in Deed Book 2461, page 64, Clerk's Office, Glynn Superior Court, said security deed securing a Note dated July 14, 2011, for $49,545.37, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2016, the property described as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to a plat of survey of North Point Subdivision, Phase II, by Ralph E. Lackey, G.R.L.S. No. 1635, dated January 14, 1988, and recorded February 23, 1988, in the Office of the Clerk of Glynn Superior Court in Plat Drawer 20, plat number 140 as Lot 40, Phase II, North Point Subdivision. Also conveyed is that certain 1986, Crownpointe Home, Model 2682K, located on said property and which bears a VIN #GAFLCP1AG184502023.Property address: 300 Southridge Dr., Brunswick, GA Tax Parcel:03-11461 The note is declared due because of non-payment.
