Take notice that, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45 and § 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit;
Property Location: 255 McCrary Road, Molena, Georgia. Pike County Tax Parcel No.: 020A 041 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on the 10th day of March, 2016 or thirty days after receipt of this notice, whichever is later. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated July 1, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Pike County, Georgia in Deed Book 968, Page 262.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the later of the close of business on (1) March 10, 2016 or (2) 30 days after you receive this notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Grapejuice, LLC at the offices of the Christopher M. Porterfield, Diment Carroll LLP, at 412 Adamson Square, Carrollton, Georgia 30117.
