NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN On the 12th day of December, 2007 Alfred C. Amos, of McIntosh County, Georgia, as Grantor, executed a Security Deed to Southeastern Bank, securing a promissory note of said date, said Security Deed having been recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Deed Book 2351, Page 339. By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in said Security Deed, there will be sold, by the undersigned at Public Outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the First Tuesday in March, the same being March 1, 2016, the following property, to-wit: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia and being in that certain area identified as "Coral Park Professional Court" and as described and identified according to the plat of survey entitled "Condominium Survey of Tract "B", Coral Park Professional Court", as prepared by Atlantic Survey Professionals, certified by Ernest C. Johns, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2774, dated April 22, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Drawer 29, Map No. 30 and as described in the Condominium plans as recorded in the Condominium Plans Drawer V, Pages 1493A-G, aforesaid records, and being ALL OF UNIT NUMBER TWO (2), CORAL PARK PROFESSIONAL COURT CONDOMINIUM, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA. The debt secured by said Security Deed and Note has been and is hereby declared due because of nonpayment thereof. The debt remaining in default, this sale is being made for the purposes of paying the same and all expenses of this sale and the proceeds of said sale will be applied as provided in said Security Deed. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief, said property will be sold as the property of Alfred C. Amos, subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, assessments and liens or interests superior to the Security Deed first set out above; all easements and/or restrictive covenants appearing in the record, if any; and any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property and applicable zoning ordinances. The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the secured creditor.
