Notice of Sale Under Power Georgia, Glynn County Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by John B. Jenkins and Faye P. Jenkins, Trustess, or their successors in trust, under the Jenkins Living Trust, dated 9/21/1999 to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") as nominee for Genworth Financial Home Equity Access, Inc., dated September 14, 2011, and recorded in Deed Book 2909, Page 221, Glynn County, Georgia records, as last transferred to Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. by Assignment recorded in Deed Book 3534, Page 321, Glynn County, Georgia records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $420,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2016, to wit: March 1, 2016, the following described property: All of that certain condominium unit situate, lying and being on St. Simons Island, in Glynn County, Georgia, and being in that certain condominium project known as the Shadow Brooke Village, St. Simons Island, Georgia, all as more fully shown and described according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Deed Book 1007, Page 244, as amended, the plat or survey of said Condominium recorded in Plat Drawer 2, as Map No. 204, and the plans for said Condominium recorded in Condominium Plan Book V, Pages 1483(a) through 1483(k) inclusive, as amended in Book VI, pages 2-A through 2-K, inclusive, all in the Clerk's Office of Glynn Superior Court, as ALL OF VILLA 201 IN BUILDING 9 OF SHADOW BROOKE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS, together with an undivided interest in the common elements (as such common areas are defined in the Declaration), together with all of the rights, title and interest of the Grantor in and to said Unit and the appurtenances thereunto under said Declaration. Reference is hereby made to the aforesaid Declaration, plat and plans, and the record thereof, for all further purposes description and identification and for all other purposes. This conveyance is made subject to the terms, provisions and restrictions containing the Georgia Condominium Act, Georgia Law, 1975, beginning at Plat 609, as amended from time to time, and in said Declarations.The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
