NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GWINNETT COUNTY THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Jeannette Jung to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee for SunShine Mortgage Corporation, dated July 22, 2005 and filed August 3, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 43810, Page 0141, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of one hundred sixty five thousand dollars and no cents ($165,000.00), (later assigned to U.S. Bank National Association) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on March 1, 2016, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 1 (GMD 1397), 1st District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 107, Block A, Cascade Falls Subdivision, Unit Three, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 17, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, which plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description.
