NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM

TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 60 of the 6th District Gwinnett County Georgia and being known as Lot 4 Block C Riveredge Subdivision Unit 2 as per plat recorded in plat Book 34 Page 76 Gwinnett County, Georgia records which plat is incorporated to herein is made a part hereof by reference.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after March 15, 2016.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated April 1, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Gwinnett County, Georgia at Deed Book 52893, Page 887 as corrected by Corrective Tax Sale Deed recorded at Deed Book 53573 Page 317 Gwinnett County Deed Records
The property may be redeemed at any time before March 15, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
