NOTICE December 8, 2015 Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property to wit: 111 Zachary Drive, Brunswick, Georgia, aka as: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 26th GMD Glynn County, Georgia and being more particularly described as Lot 49, Phase I, Culligan's Landing as more particularly described according to that certain plat of survey prepared by Ralph E. Lackey GRLS #1635, recorded in Plat Drawer 24, Map 333 in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Reference is hereby made to said plat for all purposes of identification and description. Map and Parcel # 03-14866 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on after the 12th day of February, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 7, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3363, page 447.
