NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Yvonne H Chambers FKA Yvonne Harwell to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Southpoint Financial Services, Inc. , dated June 7, 2013, recorded June 14, 2013, in Deed Book 3176, Page 469, Glynn County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($472,500.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Glynn County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2016, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: EXHIBIT A TO THE MORTGAGE MADE ON JUNE 7,2013, BY YVONNE H. CHAMBERS ("BORROWER") TO MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS") ("MORTGAGEE"). THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF GLYNN STATE OF GEORGIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: `DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTYALL THOSE CERTAIN LOTS, TRACTS OR PARCELS OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 27th G.M. DISTRICT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO A PRINT OF SURVEY PREPARED BY ROBERT N. SHUPE, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NUMBER 2224, DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1994, ATTACHED TO A DEED TO SECURE DEBT DATED APRIL 12, 1994, AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 52-S, PAGE 78, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS ALL OF LOTS NUMBERED TWENTY-FIVE (25) AND TWENTY-SIX (26) MYERS HILL TRACT. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO THE SHUPE SURVEY AND THE RECORD THEREOF FOR ALL PURPOSES OF DESCRIPTION, IDENTIFICATION, LOCATION, METES AND BOUNDS, AND FOR ALL OTHER PURPOSES ALLOWED BY LAW. Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 119 Ratcliff Road, Brunswick, GA 31523. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note.
