NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Second Deed to Secure Debt from BRIAN PATTY hereinafter Grantor(s), to ROBERT E. COX, JR. AND KIMBERLY K.
