NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY By virtue of Power of Sale contained in Second Deed to Secure Debt from BRIAN PATTY hereinafter Grantor(s), to ROBERT E. COX, JR. AND KIMBERLY K. COX, dated March 26, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 1389, Page 330, Richmond County Records; said Deed to Secure Debt being given to secure a Note and Security Agreement in the principal amount of $135,000.00; there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, the following described property: ALL THOSE LOTS or parcels of land, ,with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond,, being known and designated as Tract "A", containing 1.06 acres, more or less, and Tract "A1", containing 0.34 acres, more or less, as shown on a plat prepared by Toole Surveying Company, Inc., Land Surveyors, dated March 30, 2006, and filed of record in the Office of the Clerk of The Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Book 2, Page 321; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description of said properties in metes, bounds, and location. Said property is conveyed subject to any and all applicable easements, restrictions and rights of way appearing of record. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, nonpayment of the monthly installments on said loan.
