NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Desmond I. Hinnant, Co-Trustee and Surrita Hinnant, Co-Trustee of the Hinnant Revocable Trust II, Richmond County Tax Commissioner, Augusta-Richmond County License and Inspection Department, Code Enforcement, Internal Revenue Service, TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All and only that parcel of land, with improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 016-0-298-00-0, in Richmond county, Georgia, being Lot 8, Block B, Sugar Mill Woods Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 108, pages 2537-2540, described in Deed Book 799, page 212, known as 3316 Sugar Mill Road, and being situated upon the land owned by Hinnant, Desmond I, Co-Trustee, Hinnant, Desmond and Sunita Co-Trustees of the Hinnant Revocable Trust II. Said property is known as 3316 Sugar Mill, Augusta, GA 30907. Map and Parcel Number: 016-0-298-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 7th day of March, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of August, 2011, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01310, at page 1658. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 7th day of March, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
