NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GLYNN Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated May 6, 2011, from Tracie Rochelle Hammock to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Federal Bank of Florida, a Federally Chartered Savings Bank, recorded on May 11, 2011 in Deed Book 2861 at Page 120, as modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 3278, at Page 239 and re-recorded in Deed Book 3386, at Page 493,Glynn County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to First Federal Bank of Florida by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated May 06, 2011, in the amount of $97,367.00, having a modified loan amount of $88,911.64, said note and modification thereof being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Glynn County, Georgia, on February 2, 2016, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA AND IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION THEREIN KNOWN AS EMANUEL CHURCH ESTATES, MADE BY ATLANTIC SURVEY PROFESSIONALS, SIGNED BY ERNEST C. JOHNS, JR., SURVEYOR, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR #2774, DATED JANUARY 7, 2004, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF GLYNN COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT IN PLAT DRAWER 29, MAP NUMBER 126-A, B AND C, AS ALL OF LOT NUMBERED THIRTY SEVEN (37), EMANUEL CHURCH ESTATES, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA.
