NOTICE OF
JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE BY ORDER OF THE COURT
Pursuant to an Order of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County entered on December 4, 2015 against Defendant Gary B. Jarrell and the other named Defendants (Civil Action Number 14-A-10574-4) and issued by the Honorable Randy Rich, the Sheriff of Gwinnett County will on the first Tuesday in February, 2016, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash the following property in satisfaction of said Order:
That tract or parcel of land conveyed by quitclaim deed to Gary B. Jarrell dated August 31, 1999 and filed of record on August 31, 1999, in Deed Book 19110, page 132, Records of Gwinnett County, Georgia and more particularly and accurately described as Tract 1 in a Plat dated January 19, 2006 and filed of record on August 11, 2006 in Plat Book 116, Page 49, Records of Gwinnett County, Georgia, said Tract 1 being approximately 11.940 acres.
Property known as 4509 McCord Livsey Road and Gwinnett County Tax Parcel No. R4347 004
Said property will be sold to satisfy the indebtedness referenced in the Order.
