The right to redeem the following described property to-wit:
All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 141, 11th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, being designated as Lot 2075, Eagle's Mountain Resort, Unit 39, as shown on the Plat of Survey prepared by Burns L. Jeffries, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2036, for Eagle's Mountain Resort, Unit 39, dated 02/07/1986, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 282, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. Said Plat of Survey is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes and bounds description.
Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax Deed, dated 01/03/2006, from Frank Elliott, Ex-Officio Sheriff of Gilmer County, Georgia, to Demando Limited, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book 1223, Page 476, Gilmer County, Georgia Records. The same property was conveyed by Special Warranty Deed, dated 09/06/2010, from Demando Limited, LLC to Curtis F. Landrum, III, as recorded in Deed Book 1630, Page 489, Gilmer County, Georgia Records.
Tax Parcel ID No. 3052J-030
will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of March, 2016.
The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated 01/03/2006, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gilmer County, Georgia in Deed Book 1223, Page 476.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of March, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
